Hours: 35–40 hours per week, depending on role
Wage: $17.94–$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview
The Retail Sales Associate supports daily retail operations and customer service functions in accordance with NOC 64100 duties. The role includes sales, inventory support, merchandising, and transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide product guidance
• Process sales transactions using POS systems
• Handle cash, debit, and credit payments accurately
• Maintain merchandise displays and restock inventory
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts
• Support seasonal merchandising and promotional events
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
Qualifications
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Familiar with Lightspeed and QuickBooks
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Availability for weekends and evenings as required
• Must be able to work in Canada
