Open all weekend for your Thanksgiving shopping. 🍂

North of Ordinary will be open our regular hours on Saturday and Sunday, and our 25% off Thanksgiving Sale will be running all weekend too.

We’ll be closed on Monday, October 12 for Thanksgiving, and back to regular hours on Tuesday.

You asked, and we delivered! Women's wool sweaters from Ireland 🇮🇪

We have a beautiful selection of women’s wool sweaters from Aran Crafts now in store at North of Ordinary.

Aran Crafts is a family-run Irish company with a knitting heritage stretching back to 1856. Based in County Kildare, the family has spent generations taking traditional Irish knitting techniques and bringing them into clothing designed for everyday wear.

Many of their designs feature traditional Aran stitches, including the familiar cables and honeycomb patterns. These patterns carry a little Irish history of their own, with cables traditionally representing fishermen’s ropes and honeycomb associated with hard work.

And they are proper sweaters. Warm, substantial and made for the sort of weather we understand rather well here in the Yukon.

We have several styles and colours of men's and women's wool sweaters in store, from classic cable knits to beautifully textured and flecked wools.

Pop into North of Ordinary on Main Street and have a look at the collection in person.
