Today is a bittersweet one as we say goodbye to our General Manager Tayley on her last day with Indigo. 💙💛💙💛

Tayley joined us in the fall of 2017 as a part-time Customer Experience Representative and worked her way from CER to Customer Experience Leader, and eventually to General Manager — quite the journey over nearly nine years!

Along the way, she has brought plenty of laughter, a whole lot of sass, a willingness to say “yes” to just about any adventure, and a crazy amount of care for this store and the people in it.

As you can probably tell from this collection of photos, there have been a few good times along the way. 😂

We’re sad to see her go, incredibly grateful for everything she has brought to our team, and so excited to see where her next adventure takes her.

Thank you for nearly nine wonderful years — you’re going to be very, very missed.

And yes, we fully expect you to come back and visit. You know where to find us. 📚📖🫡
