We’re currently looking for another awesome human to join our cleaning team!

Our cleaning side has been growing, and I’m looking for someone who can jump into some of our existing residential and Cariboo Living Healthcare Landing Program cleaning jobs with us and help us take on new clients as we grow.
This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity for more hours for the right person.
I’m looking for someone who:
• Is reliable — seriously, this one matters.
• Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in leaving a space clean
• Can work efficiently and independently without needing constant direction
• Is comfortable working in clients’ homes and understands the trust that comes with that
• Has reliable transportation and can get themselves to jobs
• Is physically comfortable with the realities of cleaning — bending, lifting, stairs, scrubbing, vacuuming, etc.
• Is friendly, respectful and communicates well
• Can pass a criminal record check
Previous professional cleaning experience is definitely an asset, but I’m also willing to train the right person. Work ethic, reliability and attention to detail matter more to me than having the perfect résumé.
Hours will vary depending on our cleaning schedule and will grow as we take on additional clients (Must have some availability on Mondays and Tuesdays currently). For the moms out there: most work is scheduled during daytime hours on weekdays, and can work around kids schedules.
