Check out this multi-tone glue-down vinyl plank floor for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite. Durable, waterproof, and a great choice for this application. One big advantage of glue-down plank is that individual planks can be replaced fairly easily if damaged.

The crawl-space hatch was inconveniently located in the middle of the living room. Instead of a metal cover, we used small, straight cuts to help conceal it and eliminate edges that could catch your socks.

Just wrapped up this engineered hardwood install
👉🏻 We built a clean transition into the bathroom to handle the height change, keeping things smooth and functional.
👉🏻 The entire perimeter was undercut to seamlessly tie the hardwood into the log home.
👉🏻 The stair nosing involved some complex cuts to achieve a simple, clean look, and we finished it off by picture-framing the fireplace tile as a standout feature 🔥
