This is something I hate to do…
But as a lot of you already know Ellie has had a few vet appointments recently.
The initial concern was that she was loosing weight and we didn’t know why, blood tests came back normal, x rays looked normal, they did find some blood in her urine when tested so she was sent for an ultrasound, well yesterday I got news no one ever wants to get about their dog, they saw something abnormal on Ellie’s ultrasound on a part of her intestine.
Ellie is now being referred to a specialist in Michigan to have further testing and biopsy of the spot done .
We have maxed Ellie’s insurance, we are $1400 deep and we know the road ahead is going to be very expensive, especially with the exchange rate.
My world is crumbling, my heart is breaking, Ellie is my everything and she brings so much joy to everyone she meets.
