✅ FBI NICS E-Check (eNICS) Integration – Run NICS checks directly from your e4473 form with less manual entry and faster workflows.
✅ ATF Stolen Gun Database – Automatically checks against the ATF stolen gun database every time you enter a serial number on the firearm form (included when eNICS is enabled—no extra setup, no extra clicks).

✅ Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the onboarding process
Who You Are:
🔹 A confident communicator (written + verbal)
🔹 Patient, detail-oriented, and naturally helpful
🔹 Comfortable with technology — SaaS experience is a big plus
🔹 Organized and great at follow-up
🔹 Previous onboarding, customer success, or tech support experience preferred

Ellie brings 17+ years of experience from Dell, where she delivered both on-site and remote support — repairing servers, configuring systems, and providing technical training. She also has hands-on experience as a Security and Surveillance System Technician, making her a strong asset for our clients' hardware support and data migration needs.

She’s been training with us over the past few weeks and is almost up to speed — already jumping in and making a difference behind the scenes.

Just finished reviewing over 600 resumes—but I didn’t do it the old-school way.

I built an AI-powered workflow that pulled out each applicant’s education, skill set, and gave them a score from 1 to 10 based on what I was looking for.
