To our valued customers,

We are heartbroken to share that due to a fire in our plaza, we will be temporarily closed until further notice.

First and foremost, we are incredibly grateful that everyone is safe. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our amazing team for their quick actions in safely evacuating all customers and staff and immediately contacting emergency services. Their professionalism and care helped ensure everyone's safety.

We are also deeply thankful to our firefighters and first responders for their swift response and support.

Right now, we are taking things one step at a time as we assess the impact and determine our path forward. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness as we work through the days ahead.

Thank you all and we look forward to serving our community again as soon as it is safe to do so.

❤️ Over the past five days, we have been overwhelmed by the support, encouragement, kind words, shares, donations, and messages from our community following the unfortunate news regarding funding for additional shelter beds.

To everyone who reached out, spoke up, donated, or simply took the time to learn more about the realities facing women+ experiencing homelessness in Windsor-Essex, thank you. Your support means more than we can put into words.

While the conversations this week have been difficult, they have also reminded us how deeply this community cares about ensuring women+, children, and families have access to safe shelter and support when they need it most.

One of the most impactful ways people can continue supporting the work we do is by becoming a monthly donor. Monthly giving provides reliable, ongoing support that helps us continue programs such as peer support, kids programming, and harm reduction services every single day of the year.
