Band instrument rentals! 🎷🎺🪊🪈

Need a flute? Clarinet? Saxophone? Trumpet? Trombone? Give us a shout.

Our instruments are put through the shop, and each rental includes annual maintenance on general wear and tear.
Don't buy a cheap instrument online - it will never work properly and is built to be replaced rather than repaired.
Instead, for less than the price of that cheap instrument, you can have a quality instrument for the entire school year. Your child, and their band teacher, will thank you.

Located in Amherstburg and open by appointment, book your instrument online to ensure you get one before they're all out the door!

Ready for Uncommon Festival!
The fun (and sax whacking) starts at 5:00 tonight. Come on out, have a swing, let's see how flat we can get this thing!

FE Olds made this beauty, the Super Olds. This one dates in the 40s, and features a tone ring on the bell as well as a wild handslide. The handslide is dual-bore, meaning the upper and lower slides have different diameters. The inner handslide is also "fluted". I believe Olds was the only one to do this, the inner slide featuring grooves all the way around. The idea was for them to act as reservoirs for the slide oil. The feature didn't continue on for very long. For what it's worth, this slide felt AWESOME. Swipe through for a page from the 1936 Olds catalogue talking all about the "miraculous glazed action"!

We're whack.
Remember when you all flattened a trombone? This weekend, come on out to the Uncommon Fest and have a hand in flattening a saxophone. You can even throw your name in the ring for a chance to be the one taking it home! 🎷

Amherstburg's Uncommon Festival is downtown this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. For details, visit their site at:

Swipe to see how flat we got that trombone at Dropped a few years back.

☠️**Please note: only instruments officially beyond repair are used in community flattening events** ☠️
