***URGENT NOTICE: THE FUTURE OF IPS PHARMACY - YOUR INDUSTRY NEEDS YOU!***
Dear customers,
We want to provide a follow-up to the last email we sent on September 16th regarding upcoming U.S. import changes that will come into effect on October 22nd, 2026. This new policy may block the shipping of personal use medications to American patients from pharmacies outside of the United States.
What our customers can do to help:
1. Send a letter to your elected representative. The Campaign for Personal Prescription Importation (CPPI) has launched an easy online tool that allows you to send letters to your U.S. Senators and Members of Congress. It will only take a few moments of your time.

We strongly believe that sending as many of these letters as possible has the best chance of keeping personal importation viable. After sending your own letter, please forward the link to your family, friends, coworkers, physicians and anyone else who may be affected and ask them to send a letter too. If you belong to any groups or associations, please consider asking everyone you know to also use the letter writing tool.
2. Would you be willing to speak to the media? CPPI is looking for U.S. patients who would be willing to speak to the media on behalf of personal importation. This may involve being interviewed by a reporter either in person or over the phone, and could be for stories in newspapers, TV, or online. You would receive guidance from CPPI prior to an interview, and reporters would not just contact you out of the clear blue.
