Dear community members,
I would like to share an update regarding the incident that happened a few days ago at our store.
First of all, I would like to apologize for posting the video publicly without blurring the person’s face. My intention was only to raise awareness and keep the community informed, but I understand that it may have affected the individual’s personal and family life.
After receiving feedback and suggestions from community members, we decided to remove the video immediately.
The good news is that the individual returned to the store the next day, apologized sincerely, and paid for the items. We appreciate her taking responsibility for her actions, and we consider the matter resolved.
