All orders require a minimum 50% non refundable deposit.

Custom designing is not started until an order is confirmed. An order is not considered confirmed until a deposit is received. A deposit is required to hold a ready made product. All products are handmade/printed by me. As such, each item is unique and may be slightly different than another with the same design. Every effort is made to ensure that an item is perfect when it leaves my hands. If som

ething is missed, please advise us within 24 hours. There are no refunds on custom designed and/or personalized products. Pickup is in St Vital. Small unbreakable items can be shipped at buyer's cost. If tracking is not chosen, buyer accepts all risk including lost, stolen, or damaged items. Any fabric based items that are being shipped will be folded and will have creases when they arrive. All items must be picked up within 30 business days from when you were sent a completion notice. Anything not picked up after that may be resold or otherwise disposed of. No refunds will be given.
