CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Today, we're moving into the next phase of our Food Court construction. In order to build our new Food Court area, we have closed off the seating area under the large skylight. Fencing is up right now, with walls to be erected in the coming days. This setup will remain until the new Food Court opens in 2027 - an exact opening day has not been set.

We have moved dozens of seats from this now-closed area to other parts of the mall, including the corridor between Centre Court and the Food Court, between Fido, Mr. Pretzels, and Tim Hortons. Seating near the Food Court vendors will stay in place, and we will look at other seating solutions in the coming weeks.

We'd also like to ask our Food Court patrons to be mindful and respectful of others when eating in the food court, especially during peak times. Please enjoy your food, but limit your time spent in the Food Court when possible, to ensure other patrons also have a place to sit.

All Food Court tenants are open and ready to serve you - and our new washrooms and temporary mall entrance remain open as well.

Thanks for your patience and understanding as we build a brand new Food Court at KP; We can't wait for the finished product!

BIG NEWS! Our brand new washrooms are now open near the food court!

This new area features:
- Men's and Women's Washrooms (with accessible stalls in each)
- Diaper change tables in all washrooms
- Family Washroom
- Additional accessible washroom with adult change table
- Water fountain and bottle refill station
- Two nursing stations with change tables (Opening Soon)

Access to these washrooms is via the temporary entrance corridor located next to Koya Japan. We have plenty of temporary signage to help you find your way, with more permanent signage on the way. Our old washrooms near the food court have closed, as we continue construction on our new food court area. Additional washrooms are also located in the east wing of the mall near H&M.

BIG NEWS! KP Guest Services has moved, and is now open in their new location, near Sunrise Dental and Dollarama! Join us on Monday, May 25 at 10am for an official ribbon cutting, and cupcakes from Save-On-Foods.

Our administration office has also moved to this area, and security will be relocating nearby at a later date.

NOTICE: If you have a Warehouse One gift card, use it now!

As Warehouse One has commenced proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and will be closing all stores, Warehouse One Gift Cards will only be accepted until May 13, 2026.

Mall gift cards are currently not accepted at Warehouse One, but can be used at almost all of our other tenants.
