One no-drain problem. Two different causes.

First, a shoelace was removed from the drain pump trap. When the problem returned a month later, the drain pump was replaced.

The Maytag washer was tested and is now draining properly.

Whirlpool refrigerator section not cooling?

During an on-site diagnostic visit in Winnipeg, our technician found heavy ice buildup on the evaporator coil and inside the freezer. The ice had blocked the airflow passages, preventing cold air from reaching the refrigerator compartment.

After testing the system components, the technician identified a failed control board responsible for the automatic defrost cycle.

The recommended repair is to fully defrost the freezer, clear the blocked airflow passages, and replace the faulty control board.

This Inglis dryer would not start when the Start button was pressed.

Our technician tested the components and confirmed a failed thermal fuse. After the repair plan was approved, the thermal fuse was replaced and lint buildup was removed from inside the dryer.

The dryer was then tested, started properly, and was ready for continued use.
