We’re getting ready for a busy Fall & Holiday season at Only Nova Scotia Art & Giftware and we’re looking to expand our collection!

We’re looking for beautiful, locally made work that celebrates Nova Scotia — art, ceramics, jewellery, textiles, woodwork, home goods, gifts and everything in between.

✨ Preference will be given to artists and makers from the Annapolis Valley & Gaspereau Valley, but we’d love to hear from talented creators from across Nova Scotia.

We’re proud to showcase artist Connie Veinotte with her paintings of familiar Nova Scotia Landscapes 💙

“I have lived in the Annapolis Valley area most of my life.
I began painting while in Junior High, when my Social Studies teacher, who herself was an artist, was impressed with an illustrated assignment I submitted. She encouraged me to try painting and took the time to walk me through my first painting.
Through the years I have attended numerous workshops and I have been part of many painting groups. Currently, I am a member of Evangeline Artists Co-op.
I began with oils and now paint in water colour and acrylics. I like to paint seascapes and Landscapes from my own photographs through which I try to capture the endless beauty of the Annapolis Valley.”
