we’re so excited to be selling our candles at the tomorrow! this event holds a dear spot in our hearts, and we’re happy to be donating $5 from every sale to the cause. so, if you’re in need of some new wicks, there’s no better time to make your purchase count!

- the event is admission by donation (cash, credit, debit, and cheque are all accepted)
- online donations can be made at the show
- the event is outside so dress for the weather!

so, before kate welcomes the newest member of our family, we’re going to one last market! we’ll be in the lake francis community centre this saturday from 10 am to 3 pm! you can grab what we have left of our classic scents and our new summer scents there.

we know you’ve been waiting for our summer drop so we won’t make you wait any longer! we’re super excited to be introducing three new scents this summer, each smelling like sunshine and warm weather.

this trio of scents goes on their own path a bit — we’ve named them after songs instead of movies, because these songs just describe them so perfectly.

S C E N T # 1
lavender haze (taylor swift)
this candle is the perfect combination of grapefruit, lavender, and ylang ylang.

S C E N T # 2
flowers (miley cyrus)
this creation mixes geranium and lavender with chamomile, making is the holy grail of floral scents.

S C E N T # 3
strange fruit (billy holiday)
what do you get when you cross sweet orange with ylang ylang and geranium? a symphony for your nose.

*we’ll be debuting each of these scents at the market THIS SATURDAY! also there will be your favourite scents on blowout before the baby this fall

it’s been a while. we’re so sorry we haven’t been active on here — but we promise it’s for a good reason!

i, kate, am pregnant! i’ll be taking a step back from candle making for the unforeseeable future as my husband and i become parents.

this doesn’t mean tallgrass wicks co. is closing, though! i’ll still be taking and fulfilling orders, i just won’t actively be promoting my candles.

we hope you’ll stick around 🤍
