This weekend, we surpassed a company record with a 375(!!!) person Christmas party set-up. Chairs, tables, linens, place settings, glasses, napkins, catering equipment, stage, draping, bars, and dance floor all supplied and set up by us. 💪

The NWT Geoscience Forum is in town this week so we were on deck to help pull together evening events. We love a good hangar party and 3 in a week is even better.

Our last wedding of the season was also our FIRST wedding at the Yellowknife Historical Museum. It could not have been a more perfect day and the bride’s vision came together beautifully.

It’s Folk week! The first batch of trucks are loaded up and heading to the site. This year’s set up includes 2800 square feet of frame tents plus 13 pop ups to create the backdrop for this summer favourite.
