About Us
Linden Square Business Centre is a retail & service centre providing services to Yorkton and surrounding area since 1987. The property was built and is operated by Mountain Sky Properties. We are responsible for a real estate portfolio in both Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Linden Square businesses include retail, medical & wellness services & products, and financial, insurance & other services.
Responsibilities
The business manager will be responsible for duties in connection with leasing, marketing, & business operations of the commercial lease units.
The primary responsibility will be to complete lease renewals & find tenants to fill vacant units.
Duties will include:
• Advertising vacant units
• Scheduling & attending showings (both in person & virtual)
• Screening applications
• Reporting of any maintenance & cleaning needs to the Operations Manager
• Keeping a report of tenant leads & viewings
• Tenant relations with new & current leases
• Periodic unit inspections
• Completion of move in/out inspections
• Social Media management & communication
Skill & Experience
• Business Management experience an asset
• Real estate sales or property management experience an asset
• Must be able to work independently
• Have good communication skills
• Need a vehicle & driver’s license
Salary & Benefits
• Flexible hours with some remote work
