We are looking for a creative and passionate Florist to join our growing team. You will design and create stunning floral arrangements, bouquets, and installations for daily retail orders, weddings, corporate functions, and special events.

โข Design & Arrangement: Craft high-quality hand bouquets, table centerpieces, basket arrangements, and event displays using fresh or artificial flowers.
โข Flower Care: Inspect incoming stock, trim stems, change water, and apply proper preservation methods to maintain maximum freshness.
โข Client Service: Assist walk-in or online customers, discuss custom design requests, and offer expert recommendations.
โข Shop Maintenance: Keep the work area, display shelves, and storage coolers clean, organized, and safe.
โข Inventory Control: Monitor flower supply levels and report stock replenishment needs.

โข Education: High school diploma, Senior High School (SHS) graduate, or relevant vocational certification.
โข Experience: 3 years+ proven hands-on experience as a florist or floral stylist in a retail shop, hotel, or catering/events company is an advantage.
โข Skills: Strong artistic eye, color coordination, knowledge of seasonal flower types, and basic computer/communication skills.
โข Physical Ability: Able to stand for long hours and handle repetitive lifting of floral supplies.
โข Flexibility: Willingness to work extra hours during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) and weekends.

โข Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook/Messenger and other online channels
โข Assist customers in choosing bouquets, add-ons, and other products
โข Assist customers with website ordering
โข Monitor and process orders received through the LS BLOOMS website
โข Check customer and order details for accuracy
โข Coordinate online orders with the florist and branch team
โข Provide customers with order and delivery updates
โข Book and coordinate Lalamove deliveries
โข Handle customer concerns and after-sales inquiries
โข Help convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders

โข Good written communication and customer service skills
โข Sales-oriented and comfortable assisting customers online
โข Knowledgeable in Google Docs and Google Sheets
โข Knows how to book and manage Lalamove deliveries
โข Can learn and use online ordering and sales systems
โข Organized and attentive to details
โข Can handle multiple customer conversations and orders
โข Sales, e-commerce, or customer service experience is an advantage
โข Fresh graduates and trainable applicants are welcome
โข Willing to work onsite in Dasmariรฑas
