When Justice Dies, Everything Falls Apart

Justice is the foundation on which every strong house, institution, country, and even the whole world is built. Without justice, no system can remain stable for long. When people are denied justice, their opinions are ignored, and a wide gap develops between those who hold power and ordinary people, the foundations of society begin to weaken.

A house cannot remain peaceful when one person has all the power and refuses to listen to others. Similarly, an institution cannot progress when decisions are made without respecting the people who are part of it. A country becomes even more vulnerable when its rulers become distant from the common people, ignore public opinion, and believe that power gives them the right to do whatever they want.

History repeatedly shows that oppression and injustice eventually destroy even powerful systems. Buildings may be strong, armies may be powerful, and institutions may appear successful, but no structure can survive permanently when justice is absent. When people lose trust in those who lead them, unity disappears, resentment grows, and society begins to break from within.

In Islam, justice is not merely a political principle; it is a fundamental command from Allah. The Qur'an teaches believers to stand firmly for justice and not allow personal interests, hatred, wealth, or power to influence fairness. Allah's rules provide a balance between rights and responsibilities, between rulers and the ruled, and between the powerful and the weak.

Respecting public opinion is also essential for a healthy society. Listening to people does not mean accepting every opinion, but it means recognizing that ordinary people have dignity, rights, and a voice. Leaders who listen to their people can correct their mistakes, understand real problems, and build trust. Those who surround themselves only with power and privilege may eventually become disconnected from reality.

The distance between the "power houses" and common people is therefore dangerous. When the powerful live according to one set of standards while ordinary people face another, a sense of injustice develops. True leadership should not create fear or distance; it should create responsibility, accountability, and service.

Ultimately, no house, institution, country, or civilization can survive through power alone. Wealth, authority, technology, and strength may provide temporary success, but lasting stability requires justice, accountability, respect, and obedience to the principles set by Allah. When justice becomes the foundation, people gain trust and society gains strength. But when injustice becomes the foundation, destruction eventually follows.

Justice is not a luxury for society—it is its foundation. When justice disappears, the strongest walls can eventually collapse.

The Systemic Breakdown: Why 400,000 Students Failed the Punjab Board ExamsThe recent announcement of the Punjab board examination results delivered a sobering statistic: approximately 400,000 students failed to pass. While it is easy to point fingers at the examination boards or demand political accountability, a deeper analysis reveals that the crisis is not the result of a single administrative failure. Instead, it is the consequence of a systemic collapse that spans households, language policies, and institutional structures.To understand how so many students fell through the cracks, we must analyze the entire educational ecosystem, starting from the primary unit of learning: the home.

1. The Institutional Illusion at HomeThe household is a child’s first educational institute, yet economic pressures have forced a shift in parental roles. Today, average working parents are fully consumed by the financial burden of education. They work exhausting hours simply to gather school fees and charges.To ensure a "better future," many families bypass public options for low-cost private institutes. However, this choice often introduces a dangerous illusion of quality:Unqualified Staff: Many budget private schools cut corners by hiring untrained, non-professional teachers.

Rote Curriculum Delivery:
Education in these spaces is reduced to a mechanical process where teachers simply transfer textbook text onto student copies without building foundational concepts.
The Supervision Gap:
Students who succeed in this environment usually have parents working alongside them at home.
Those who rely solely on the school, and lack natural academic talent or high internal focus, quickly lose their footing.

2. The Language Barrier and Cognitive DisconnectAs students advance to elementary levels, the structural flaws deepen, primarily driven by a severe language policy disconnect. In Pakistan, English remains the medium for textbooks and examinations, yet Urdu or regional languages remain the native tongue for mothers, fathers, teachers, and tuition tutors.
This creates a severe bottleneck in the classroom:

Teacher Discomfort: A significant portion of the teaching faculty is not fully comfortable understanding or teaching fluently in English.

The "Lost Interest" Loop:

Because the material does not organically register in the student's mind, they steadily lose interest in the subject matter.

The omnipresence of mobile phones and media distractions acts as a powerful counter-force to academic focus, capturing the attention of students who are already struggling to connect with their schoolwork.

Conclusion:
A Shared ResponsibilityThe failure of 400,000 students is not an isolated glitch in the examination system. The data proves that survival in the current framework is conditional.
The students who passed are those who luckily secured highly competent schoolteachers, those who could afford excellent private tutors, or those with naturally high talent and active parental intervention.The rest were left behind. Resolving this crisis requires acknowledging that the blame is shared.
Until we address teacher training, language medium barriers, curriculum pacing, and digital distractions at home, our educational system will continue to produce mass failures rather than enlightened minds.

موجودہ تعلیمی نظام کے بنیادی نقائص
​زبان کا دباؤ اور فکری تباہی: انگریزی کو ذریعہ تعلیم بنانے سے 95 فیصد بچے مضامین کو سمجھنے کے بجائے صرف "رٹا" لگانے پر مجبور ہیں، جس سے ان کی تخلیقی صلاحیتیں اور سوچنے سمجھنے کی قوت ختم ہو جاتی ہے۔
​اپنی شناخت اور اصل سے دوری: نوے کی دہائی کے بعد سے نصاب سے عربی اور ہماری اپنی ثقافتی و دینی بنیادوں کو رفتہ رفتہ کم کر دیا گیا، جس کی وجہ سے نسلِ نو اپنی تاریخ، اسلاف اور شناخت سے کٹ چکی ہے۔
​قرآنی فہم سے محرومی: عربی نہ جاننے کی وجہ سے 98 فیصد سے زائد افراد قرآن پاک کو بغیر سمجھے پڑھتے ہیں، جس کے نتیجے میں دینی احکامات کی گہری فکری بنیاد قائم نہیں ہو پاتی۔
​احساسِ کمتری اور مغربی ثقافت کی اندھی تقلید: پاک و ہند کے لوگوں میں تاریخی طور پر لا علمی اور احساسِ کمتری موجود تھی، جسے دور کرنے اور خود کو "جدید یا برتر" ثابت کرنے کے لیے مغربی ثقافت اور طرزِ زندگی کو اپنایا گیا۔
​میڈیا اور ثقافتی یلغار: جس طرح ترک قوم کو تباہ کرنے کے لیے ان سے اپنا روایتی لباس، رسم الخط اور ثقافت چھین کر مغربی لائف سٹائل مسلط کیا گیا، بالکل وہی ہتھیار یہاں استعمال ہو رہا ہے۔ جب کسی قوم کی دینی و اخلاقی بنیاد کمزور ہو جائے تو میڈیا کے ذریعے ان پر غیر ثقافتی اثرات جلدی اثر انداز ہوتے ہیں۔
​خاندانی نظام کی شکست و ریخت: جدید تعلیم اور مغربی میڈیا کے اثر سے انفرادیت پسندی (Individualism) کو فروغ ملا ہے، جس نے ہمارے مضبوط اسلامی خاندانی نظام، باہمی احترام اور رشتوں کے تقدس کو شدید خطرے میں ڈال دیا ہے۔
​اسلامی تعلیم کی لازمی ضرورت کے بنیادی نکات
​کردار سازی اور اخلاقی تربیت: اسلامی تعلیم صرف معلومات کا نام نہیں بلکہ بچے میں سچائی، امانت داری، اور ہمدردی جیسے بنیادی اخلاقی اوصاف پیدا کرنے کا واحد ذریعہ ہے۔
​مقصدِ حیات کی آگاہی: دنیاوی تعلیم انسان کو معاشی طور پر مستحکم بنا سکتی ہے، لیکن اسلامی تعلیم بچے کو زندگی کا اصل مقصد، ذمہ داری کا احساس اور آخرت کی جوابدہی سکھاتی ہے۔
​نفسیاتی استحکام اور خود اعتمادی: اسلامی عقائد و تعلیمات بچے کو ذہنی اور نفسیاتی طور پر مضبوط بناتی ہیں، جس سے وہ جدید دور کی بے راہ روی، مایوسی اور ثقافتی غلبے کا بااعتماد طریقے سے مقابلہ کر سکتا ہے۔
​اجتماعی وحدت اور معاشرتی امن: اسلامی احکامات کا فہم بچوں میں حقوق العباد، صلہ رحمی اور باہمی احترام کا جذبہ بیدار کرتا ہے، جو خاندانی نظام کو بچانے اور ایک پرامن معاشرے کی تشکیل کے لیے ضروری ہے۔
​تجویز کردہ اصلاحی خاکہ (Proposed Model)
​ابتدائی سالوں کی حکمت عملی: بچے کی بنیادی تعلیم کی شروعات تین زبانوں (مادری/اردو، عربی، انگریزی) پر مکمل عبور حاصل کرنے سے ہونی چاہیے۔
​دینی و لغوی بنیاد: مضامین (سائنس، ریاضی وغیرہ) کی باقاعدہ تعلیم سے پہلے بچے کو عربی اور قرآنی فہم میں پختہ کیا جائے تاکہ اس کی فکری، اخلاقی اور دینی بنیاد مضبوط ہو سکے۔
​ثقافتی و میڈیا آگاہی: بچوں کو ابتدائی عمر سے ہی میڈیا کے مثبت اور منفی اثرات (Media Literacy) اور اپنی تاریخی و ثقافتی شناخت کی حفاظت کا شعور دیا جائے۔
​طریقہ کار: زبانوں، اخلاقیات اور اسلامی بنیادی اصولوں پر مکمل گرفت حاصل کرنے کے بعد دیگر سائنسی و دنیاوی مضامین کی شروعات کی جائے، چاہے اس عمل میں بچے کی عمر 8 سے 10 سال ہی کیوں نہ ہو جائے۔

collars, and tidy pleats lies an uncomfortable, dangerous truth: we are wrapping our children’s delicate skin in synthetic
plastic.

plastics. Cheap to manufacture and highly durable, this fabric is devastating to a child's body when worn in tropical or
hot climates. In a nation blessed as one of the world's leading pure cotton producers, our school systems routinely force
innocent children into suffocating synthetic garments day after day.
Synthetic Fleece: Physical Properties & Biological Side Effects
Synthetic fleece is fundamentally hydrophobic plastic engineered to retain heat. While functional in sub-zero alpine
conditions, its physical structure poses severe biological risks when used in children's everyday clothing:
Non-absorbent Hydrophobic Structure: Repels liquid water entirely, trapping sweat against the skin rather than
absorbing or evaporating it.
High Thermal Retention: Rapidly locks body heat within micro-synthetic pockets, turning garments into
unventilated chambers.
Static & Particle Retention: Generates strong electrostatic charges that actively attract environmental micro-dust,
pollen, and airborne chemical irritants.

Impact on Delicate Pediatric Skin & Respiratory Health
Obstruction of Sweat Ducts & Eczema Flares: Trapped perspiration clogs delicate sweat glands, causing acute
miliaria rubra (prickly heat), severe skin inflammation, and triggered eczema flare-ups.

Pakistan stands proud as one of the world's largest exporters of premium, breathable, natural cotton—a fiber praised
globally for its hypoallergenic, soft, and breathable characteristics. Yet, domestic educational institutions systematically
enforce uniform mandates relying on cheap, synthetic imported polyester blends.

Why Institutional & Educational Oversight Fails:

Commercial Convenience over Physiology: School administrations favor uniform suppliers based on cost, non-
wrinkling traits, and longevity, completely ignoring basic pediatric thermal physiology.

Institutional Illiteracy: Decision-makers in school boards and educational departments lack essential literacy
regarding textile biology, climate adaptability, and dermatological hygiene.

Blind Western Imitation: Uniform templates are frequently copied from cold-climate foreign academies without
tailoring materials to South Asia's intense climatic reality.
Why Do Parents Suffer in Silence?
The most heartbreaking reality is the quiet acceptance from parents. Every day, mothers and fathers see their children
return home with raw, inflamed skin, soaked in foul sweat, irritable, and physically drained. Yet, parents rarely raise their
voices to school boards.
Driven by fears of non-compliance, social penalty, or the false assumption that "the institution knows best," society
compromises. We treat rigid uniform codes as immutable laws while ignoring the quiet suffering of our children, who
lack the vocabulary to explain that their clothes are suffocating them.

Community Mentorship Hubs: Educated youths and professionals must establish local, accessible guidance centers to mentor underprivileged students.
