Some relationships begin with a cup of coffee... ☕️ and endure thanks to quality.

Years ago, at a tasting in Bern, we dared to ask Jonas to try the coffee from our farm. At that time, we were still learning, growing, and improving our processes... and it just wasn’t enough.

But good coffee, and good processes, take time.

Years later, we returned with more experience, more robust traceability, and quality that speaks for itself. Today, we have been working together for almost two years. With each harvest, we taste together: some of our coffees are selected, and others provide us with valuable feedback that helps us refine profiles and continue to improve 🤎.

Thanks to Jonas and Mathias from for their trust and for believing in our work.

✨ Our Bourbon is now available in stores as Café Bellavista. ☕️ 🌱

We close this year at our farm in Líbano, Tolima Colombia 🇨🇴, surrounded by coffee and family.

As we prepare our next shipment of coffee to Switzerland 🇨🇭, we look back with gratitude and pride on the journey we have taken in 2025.

We are grateful to every roaster and every customer who has believed in our coffee, both green and roasted. Your trust inspires us to continue improving our quality, taking care of our processes, and strengthening our production.

In 2026, we hope to continue growing together, bringing our Colombian coffee to new tables and new roasters who share our passion.

We wish you a Happy New Year, full of blessings, honest work, and good coffee.

Today, on Women's Day, we celebrate the entrepreneurial woman of this idea, the soul of "Café Alma de pasión", the engine and the love of this family. She is the one who with her tenacity and courage makes it possible for us to be here offering the best of us, the best of our coffee for you. The one who is in charge of the quality of our coffee, but also the one who with her kindness tries to provide the best social conditions for the people who day by day are cultivating and harvesting each coffee bean. Thank you for your legacy Floralba!

Our coffee here in Switzerland! 🇨🇭 We are happy to be able to share our experience in importing in Switzerland a few months ago thanks to 👍🏽

Technique: exposed to full-sunlight while drying.
Farm: La Arcadia (Libano-Tolima), altitud 1480-1500.
Flavour profile: Tropical fruits notes, orange, sweetness of brown sugar and panela, medium acidity
Quality Score: 85.4

Yellow honey 🍯 coffee!

Honey processed coffees are a true specialty coffee even before being expertly roasted. The green beans present sweet, fruity 🍒 undertones, and a balanced acidity with depth depending on the which honey process is used.
 Yellow Honey has the faster drying than black honey, and during the drying the coffee receives full-sunlight ☀️ giving the coffee a light-yellow colour by the time it has reached its proper finished moisture level. 🔝

This is only possible thanks to Efrain and Lucia who are the artists of this process in the farm!
