Stack of Books...
🏏In Cricket, the entire game depends on 10right balls that the bowlers bowls to the batsman.
🤝In the same way for our event we need few lovely visitors who makes our day.
🏋️So here is the one... Who made my day. Still wanted to host such events
🕛🏃🚪It was almost end of day, Say around 4:30pm..we were all ready to wind up go home and call it a day.
🚶🚪There walks in a man.. He ask for his children's teacher ( teacher was there in our event as part of the host team)
His Statement : I am not a native English speaker.. So could you suggest me some books for my boys.
(but to me he was good in English)
Then the🧑🏫 teacher pointed few of them... And infact he was analysing it.
And he was joking about a discussion of King's Charles being their far far far relative.
🧑Then he took few of books.. For me it looked like already a big pile.. Further he asked me what do you think is good for this age that age... I suggested few.. He took them as well ...
The pile of books already grew up... Which was 12-15books..without a hesitation he took them all.. And he said this is good enough gift for my boys (3 of them) Christmas vacation.
That made me wonder (books during vacation) Many could call it a stress...So we started a conversation .. Like how do you encourage them to read and he said academic is a big part of our home and they know it.
And we don't have TV...
So my thought always was- boys don't read much or do they want to do tht even during vacation...
Or what is the balance of reading and outdoor activities...
In this digital era is this achievable...
Answer to this questions...Is strictly what you believe.. Just stop thinking.. You want your children to read you just provide them.. Don't think wthr it's right or wrong 😂
Results will throw themselves eventually..
So to the moment.. Concentrate on the ability and your believe.
