Grown at 1850 meters in Quindío by Jardines del Eden. Washed, with a 30-hour underwater fermentation that builds structure without dulling the cup.

Papaya, grapes, floral, caramel, a clean lime finish.

Bright, layered, and composed. Works as filter, works as espresso.

Our first Panama Geisha on the menu.

It took time to find one we wanted to introduce. Cafelino's lot from Piedra de Lino, Boquete, was it. Grown at 1500 meters, hybrid washed fermented, and slow-dried for 24 days.

Lychee, rose, mango. Silky tea-like body. A floral lift that carries cleanly through the finish.
