✨ Change of plans! ✨

You may have seen some of these dates previously listed as Walk & Watercolour Workshops which focused on painting the local wildflowers. I’ve switched all of September’s workshops to Watercolour Landscapes to focus on painting the Matterhorn and the surrounding peaks as unfortunately the heat this summer has meant there are very few wildflowers left to paint.

I hope to see you at a watercolour workshop this September! 😄🤞

You only see the pretty part of an art market… 👀

There’s actually a LOT that happens before I get to put everything out on the table.

Check previous market sales ✅
Print art prints ✅
Make more stock ✅
Packaging ✅
Try to fit everything into boxes and backpacks I can carry (I live in a car free town!) ✅
Question whether I’ve forgotten something ✅😂

And then finally… market day!

I genuinely love doing markets because I get to meet you and hear which paintings and products you love most.

If you missed out on Friday’s Street Festival in Zermatt for Swiss National Day, see you at Turbina on the 16th August for my next market.

I nailed my previous market stall set up by arriving with an hour to get it done. This time I did the same and I’m so glad I did! 💪 Does this count as a habit yet? 😉

This how I get ready for local craft fairs and markets. ⬇️

First I check my numbers from previous similar events and decide how much stock to take. I haven’t been at this event before so this was the tricky bit this time around. I do know how busy the street gets though and how difficult it was to move last time! 🎉

Then there’s a lot of printing, signing, labelling and packing to get it all ready.

I can’t wait to see you at the Zermatt Street Fest on Friday. Only two days to go!! 🥳

This week I’ve been busy doing a stock take, printing and packaging art prints, sewing more stock and packing it all into boxes for my next market! 🛍️

Come and celebrate Switzerland’s birthday with me at the Zermatt Street Fest on 31st July!! 🇨🇭🎉 My stand will be outside Yosemite on Bahnhofstrasse. Festivities kick off at 4pm and continue til 11pm, but I’ll pack away my products when it gets dark. Can’t wait to see you there! 🙌🎨🖌️🖼️
