Recently our new company --- Jiangsu New Engery Frontier Materials Co., Ltd. （NEFM）fomally open. The new factory covers an area of 52,000 square meters in Liangyungang city，southern part of China.

Beijing Hengjixing Composites Co., Ltd locates in Beijing since 1994, then we built another factory (Hebei Guanchengyuexing composites and technology Co.,Ltd) which covers an area of 20 acres in 2017 in Tangshan city, northern part of China.

This year we build our new 78 acres factory NEFM for the manufacturing of lager mold and products , production line and machines.

Being larger and more professional.

Fiber& resin spray system. It can spray resin and glass fiber. Fiber will be chopped and mixed with resin automatically in the front of external mixed spray gun. It can also spray gel coat by adding an optional gelcoat nozzle.

High-precision Epoxy resin Injection Equipment RTM system

Since the professional RTM injection equipment deficiency, Epoxy resin could not be used to manufacture the high performance products with the RTM, VARTM and other processing techniques. Meanwhile, hand lay-up process cannot satisfy the customers’ technical requirements for the products. The autoclave process could meet the demands but the production cost is relatively high. The introduction of High-precision epoxy RTM Injection equipment is to realize the widely application of epoxy resin in the composites field including R&D, trial production and production of high-performance epoxy products. This professional equipment with excellent performance can ensure the injection technical parameters, such as high working temperature, exact dispensing ratio, high control precision of injection flow and high accuracy of injection pressure.
For academies and laborites to invent Precision Epoxy Resin Injection Machine, it can control many system automatically and manually with a wide range of temperature control and high precision system.

Introduction: RTM injection machine is small size, light weight, Ingenious structure, simple operation, and effectively improve productivity, easy to achieve RTM or Light RTM process. The device is simple to operate and achieve large output low pressure injection;
It has an effective cleaning system. This system uses the high pressure air and washing liquid alternately to clean, it is simple, convenient and fast. For the injection gun, it is light and easy to move, and can achieve large output low pressure injection; The safety valve on the pressure tank can leak the pressure automatically when the pressure is too high, it provides a guarantee for the safety for the users. The precise proportion control system of the curing agent and the argent volume capacity of the curing agent can grantee this machine to work in the long time process. RTM machine is mainly used in producing FRP products as well as other plastic products through injection process. Engineered for low-pressure injection of polyester, vinyl ester resins etc. Based on this machine, we can add some parts to make this machine to be suitable for the Light Resin Transfer Molding (L-RTM) process and Vacuum Assist Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM ) process
