Recently our new company --- Jiangsu New Engery Frontier Materials Co., Ltd. （NEFM）fomally open. The new factory covers an area of 52,000 square meters in Liangyungang city，southern part of China.

Beijing Hengjixing Composites Co., Ltd locates in Beijing since 1994, then we built another factory (Hebei Guanchengyuexing composites and technology Co.,Ltd) which covers an area of 20 acres in 2017 in Tangshan city, northern part of China.

This year we build our new 78 acres factory NEFM for the manufacturing of l***r mold and products , production line and machines.

Being larger and more professional.

Our factory has cooperated with governmental company to make Wind blade mould and products for government since 2004. We had made vacuum infusion process wind blade mould and products with different length, inculding 82m, 76m, 72m, 66m, 64.2m, 59.5m, 56m;

Fiber& resin spray system. It can spray resin and glass fiber. Fiber will be chopped and mixed with resin automatically in the front of external mixed spray gun. It can also spray gel coat by adding an optional gelcoat nozzle.

Our company build a new factory in Hebei for a l***r production scales. It covers an area of more than 20 acres, with a 2,900 square meters Reserch & Development center. The research team has over 25 years experiences in composite production equipment, RTM molds and high-performance composite products, more than 50 professional researchers who includes mechincial engineers, material engineers, master and PhD degrees and professional composites researchers. Company has cooperated with more than 60 universities and national research institutes throughout the world, and these projects covers many advanced fields such as new energy, aerospace, rail transport, yacht and medical fields.

Congradution, Our company has design and made the based High Pressure RTM production line, alll the machines are designed and made by ourselves. We are still improving and developing those machine and make them better. Also we have got 3 orders from local governments company and a university.
