The bulk material of the sheet extruder is automatically processed through the elevator, cone double feeder, extruder, extrusion molding, mold, three roll leveling, cooling and screening, and shearing molding terminals. The sheet extruder operates in a continuous flow process. After material mixing, it can be forced into a single screw, and the full name of the screw is dispersed without excessive frictional heat. Excellent dispersion effect, low host current, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The sheet extruder die surface and other systems squeeze the raw materials from the internal mixer into the cone double extruder, and then extrude them into the mold through a single screw to extrude the sheet. After extrusion with a profile mold, the sheet is leveled by three rollers, and the thickness can be adjusted by three rollers. Thoroughly cool the materials, automate all cutting and forming terminals, and complete the entire production process operation.
