Recently, several customers have given feedback: “The screws do not fit the baseplate!”
If you receive silver screws instead of the thin black screws and struggle to fasten them to your board, please follow this solution:

Pre-screw half of the screws into the baseplate (using a larger tool will make this easier). Next, remove the screws, reattach the baseplate to your board, and then apply the adhesive tape.

You may wonder why we didn’t ship the thin black screws from the start. Initially, we did supply black slim screws to customers, but many reported these black screws became loose after repeated installation and removal.

To explain the difference: the black screws measure 0.0145 mm in diameter, while the silver screws are 0.015 mm — a difference of only 0.0005 mm.

Could you advise how we can better resolve this issue moving forward?
