Great news from Liberec🇨🇿!

The Skyleader 600 GTR, powered by our Zonsen CA500I engine, has now completed 15 flight hours with Michal. Performance has exceeded all expectations – smooth, vibration‑free operation across all engine modes, just as the test flight already showed.

A big thank you to our Czech distributor, Michal, for the continued trust and professional cooperation, and for putting the CA500I to the test in real flying conditions. We truly appreciate it! ✈️🔧

📣AERO Friedrichshafen 2026 opens today.
We are excited to announce that the new light-sport aircraft SKYLEADER 600 at Booth B1-403 – designed and manufactured by Skyleader – has made its debut with the ZONSEN logo prominently featured on its fuselage. The aircraft is powered by Zonsen CA500I engine, supplied through our Czech distributor Aviator Power, s.r.o.

The SKYLEADER 600 features a striking red body with black wings. The ZONSEN logo is also displayed on the wings and tail.
📍Key specs:
- Cruise speed @75%: 220 km/h
- Maneuvering speed: 145 km/h
- Max take-off weight: 600 kg

Powering this impressive aircraft is our CA500I – a 100 HP, 1,352 cm³, 4-cylinder horizontally-opposed engine featuring:
- Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) + dual digital ignition redundancy – higher efficiency, stability, and flight safety
-Liquid-cooled cylinder heads + air-cooled cylinders – optimal thermal management with low weight
- 2,000 hrs TBO – proven reliability for fixed-wing, helicopters, and autogyros

Zonsen Kicks Off 2026 Engine Quarterly Training!

From March 17 to 19, we welcomed 20 companies to our first first engine training session of the year — a great start to our 2026 quarterly series.

During the training, participants delved into the CA500 engine, exploring everything from its structure and installation to maintenance and troubleshooting. The hands-on experience provided them with valuable expertise and a deeper understanding of their engines.

At Zonsen, we believe in more than just delivering engines. We’re committed to standing by our customers with ongoing support and real solutions — because your success is our mission.
