Mandarin Speaking Personal Assistant needed in Bugolobi as soon as possible with at least HSK level 3.
Duties include acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, controlling access to the executive. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. Organising events and conferences.
Managing the office documents, managing the property management workers, providing simple Chinese to English translations, travelling with the Boss when the need arises.
