Gearbox oil leakage is a common problem faced by users and manufacturers. We think that the following points can be focused on and addressed:

1. Reasonable sealing structure design;
2. Cleanliness control during component assembly process;
3. Standardized assembly process;
4. Good smoothness and hardness of the oil seal gear;
5. Blocking and diverting.
Further reducing the sealing load is the key to ensuring reliable sealing.

Of course, daily maintenance is also very important.
Regularly changing the sealing oil and lubricating oil, keeping the inside of the gearbox clean, protecting the sealing ring, and avoiding foreign objects from entering are key measures to extend the service life and improve the reliability of the seal.
