The driver and the 5-axis CNC milling machine system of MACH3 have been installed in the electric box. Today, connect according to the wiring diagram.
The electric box uses stainless steel 201 material. The selection of 201 material is to consider the beauty, and the electric box does not need to be painted. However, the 201 material is too hard. During the drilling process, three ordinary drills with a diameter of 3.5 were broken. Three of them did not finish a hole. Later, an alloy drill was required to drill holes, or an ordinary iron plate was used as a chassis for paint spraying care.

The impeller machining test of the desktop small 5-axis machine tool was carried out today. The impeller is a typical accessory for five-axis machining and contains five-axis linkage machining blades. Yesterday, during the experimental air-running procedure, a stuck alarm occurred in the middle. Through inspection, it was found that the B-axis rotating turbine and the worm were stuck. It was an assembly problem. By adjusting the worm support FF06 and FK08, the gap was normal, and the stuck phenomenon was eliminated. Today The plastic parts of the impeller are processed normally, and the rough machining of the two blades is successfully processed, and the processing time is 2 hours. Today I discussed with Li Gong the programming problem of 5-axis machining, due to the requirements of 5-axis drawing
Users have the basics of three-dimensional drawing. Generally, three-axis charters need to learn for a while, and the programming of 5-axis machining tool lines also requires a lot of learning. These two difficulties limit the promotion of small 5-axis machine tools. Initially discussed, three options:
