Thank you for watching!We start a shopping basket for new customer, and we don't send invoices daily unless your requests them. Therefore, the items you order while watching the live stream don't need to be paid for immediately. We only send invoices when the customer requests them or when we believe the customer has purchased a full container and needs bills lol. We don’t offer free shipping. For orders over $300, customers only need to pay $28 for shipping per invoice. Whether you purchase $300, $3,000, or $5,000 each time you need an invoice, the shipping fee will remain the same at $28. Sometimes customers cancel their orders after filling their baskets, which we understand and welcome to reorder when conditions allow. However, we regret that we will not work with brand new customers who cancel their first order.
