Qingdao's weather has been absolutely wild! After more than ten straight days of rain, we’ve jumped right into a "deep freeze," and the wind has been howling nonstop—enough to make you lose your mind... 🥶

But today, something really moved me. On my way into the office, I saw construction workers outside, focused entirely on their work under a clear blue sky, completely unfazed by the strong winds.
