步驟1.

若甜心收到商品後有任何問題想要退貨，請務必在收到商品72小時內寄信至客服信箱申請退貨，客服人員會在收到申請後回覆您，請在收到回覆信件確認商品為可退換貨後，於收到商品的七天內，將商品寄回以下所提供之地址。

**請甜心務必要先寄信申請退換貨，因為若是該商品為不可退換，我們只能再將商品寄回給您，且運費須由您負擔喔。



申請退換貨的信件內容格式：

為了加快作業流程，請甜心們在寫申請退換貨的信件時依照以下指定的正確

格式提供詳細訂單資訊，訂單資訊可在甜心帳戶內的訂單明細找到喔。



A. 訂單編號

B. 商品名稱

C. 退換貨原因

D. 退貨-請選擇退款方式：依據不同付款方式，也有不同的退款方式喔！

刷卡付款者可選擇：款項刷退(處理流程約需10-15個工作天)

匯款付款者可選擇：匯款退回(處理流程約需5-10個工作天)，選擇匯款退回者，請一併附上銀行帳號喔。

請務必記得要在收到客服人員的回信”之後”，確認沒問題才將商品寄回！

寄回商品時請務必翻至背面，填寫本退貨申請單，並於寄回退貨時一併附在包裹中。
