✅ Why pressure test?
To rule out casting defects like sand holes & cracks, check sealing performance. Prevent unexpected oil leakage & system failure on your site.

✅ Our testing procedure:
👉 Manifold is fully plugged and placed inside safety protective cabinet.
👉 High‑pressure electric test pump, gradual pressure rise (no shock loading).
👉 Pressure holding for 5‑10 minutes, visual inspection for sweating, leaking or body deformation.
👉 Unqualified blocks will be rejected.
