Our service team will have staff on duty during the holiday. You may still contact us at any time.
Responses will be provided within 24 hours, though reply times may be slightly slower than usual.
3️⃣ Warehouse & Logistics Operations
Our warehouse and logistics teams will continue operating during the holiday
Tracking numbers will be uploaded continuously
If inventory is stocked in advance at our warehouse, shipments during Chinese New Year are generally not affected
