Engineering Verification: ICANPI 40C (D69 Hub) Torsion Test
This video documents our standard mechanical testing procedure for the ICANPI 40C wheelset, configured exclusively with Carbon spokes and featuring the D69 hub.
To ensure consistent power transfer and long-term durability, the wheelset undergoes a strict hub torsion and drivetrain fatigue protocol. The laboratory apparatus applies direct, sustained stress to the drivetrain interface to simulate high-resistance pedaling conditions.

Applied Load: 80 kg
Rotational Speed: 50 rpm
Test Duration: 3,000 continuous cycles
High-precision sensors measure the torque threshold and braking force in real-time. This objective diagnostic process validates the structural integrity of the hub shell and ensures the 45T planetary ratchet system engages reliably under load.
