The adjacent voltage equalization module is suitable for battery packs with a capacity of 30AH or less.
1. When the equalization indicator light is on, equalization is activated.
2. When the equalization indicator light is off, the equalization circuit is in sleep mode.
3. When the equalization indicator light flashes, it indicates a dropped string or a circuit fault.
Equalization Principle: This module uses adjacent voltage difference equalization. When the voltage difference between adjacent batteries reaches 0.1V or more, the chip internally triggers equalization. It stops working when the voltage difference between adjacent batteries is within 0.03V. When used in battery packs, adjacent voltage differences trigger equalization, and the battery pack voltage error is brought back to a more ideal value, reducing battery maintenance costs.
Technical Parameters:
Operating voltage: 2.0V-4.5V; compatible with ternary lithium iron phosphate batteries; not applicable to LTO lithium titanate batteries.
Equalization Current:
Adjacent voltage difference ≥ 0.1V (current around 0.5-0.7A); Adjacent voltage difference ≥ 0.2V (maximum equalization current 1.2A); the smaller the voltage difference, the smaller the equalization current.
Wiring Definitions:
B-, Overall negative terminal of the battery pack (negative terminal of the first battery)
B1, Positive terminal of the first battery
B2, Positive terminal of the second battery
B3... and so on.
