Here is a quick behind-the-scenes look at our metal casting stage today:

Raw Castings & Tooling: Freshly cast metal alloy components straight out of the die-casting machine, complete with sprues and runners awaiting precision trimming.

Mold Alignment & Casting: Setting up die-casting molds under high pressure to ensure every curve and angle fills completely without internal air pockets.

Fine Sculptural Detail: Raw cast horse sculptures fresh from the mold. Even before hand-polishing and electroplating, you can already see the intricate muscle lines and fine textures captured directly from the 3D design.

Batch Processing: Stacked, textured metal bases prepped for post-processing, edge grinding, and surface finishing.

While most clients only see the final gold-plated or hand-polished award, the true strength and crisp detail of any custom piece are decided right at this initial casting stage. Proper mold engineering, gate placement, and temperature control ensure that complex 3D concepts translate seamlessly into heavy, durable metal awards.
