法國美食指南《Gault-Millau》稱之為「隆格多克的Lafite酒莊」；英國報紙《London Times》的一位專家更反駁，認為他「更像Latour」。

產自朗格多克，位於法國南部地中海沿岸，是全世界最大的葡萄酒產區，也是法國最炎熱且最乾燥的地區，全法國有三分之一葡萄園座落於此。

朗格多克擁有悠久的葡萄酒文化傳統、多元的天然條件、以及繁多的葡萄品種，出產多樣精彩的各式葡萄酒。

位於生產廉價低品質酒產區的Mas de Daumas Gassac，推廣的是宣稱足以媲美名產區、可陳年的高價位頂級紅酒，

更有趣地方係這酒用了非常多種葡萄混釀，包括Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Pinot Noir, other rare varieties，完美呈現複雜而平衡。

放眼整個教皇新堡，除了Château Rayas的老莊主Jacques Reynaud之外，沒有任何其他人的地位可以和Henri Bonneau相提並論，可以稱為「教皇新堡雙雄」。

Les Rouliers Vin de France通常會選用來自兩個年份的葡萄混釀，這種酒款的釀造非常費工夫，會在桶內經過長時間的陳釀，以無年份(Non-Vintage)酒款來說非常難能可貴。

Les Rouliers Vin du table de France擁有許多教皇新堡酒款的特徵，散發出胡椒、甜香料、李子、麝香與灌木叢等香氣，口感既圓潤又新鮮，不僅具備驚人的新鮮感，更帶有年輕酒款少見的複雜度與深度。

本枝使用2009年和2021年份的酒混合，09年仍是已故傳奇前莊主顛峰出品，21年則是兒子接棒的第十個年頭，兩代結合，意味深長，有活力有深度亦有陳年風味，十分值得一試。
