Each component is formed, longitudinally split and CNC machined according to the approved drawing, with precise control of the branch position, half-shell profile, mating surface and weld preparation.

• Wall thickness: SCH5S–XXS

Huashang manufactures custom 316L stainless steel crimp rings, support rings and miniature assemblies according to customer drawings, including:

• Distal and proximal support rings
• Distal and proximal crimp rings
• Pusher stop crimp rings
• Cable crimp rings
• Lock ring and post assemblies

Key dimensions such as OD, ID, wall thickness, length, roundness and edge condition are controlled according to the approved drawing. Selected machining tolerances can reach ±0.005 mm, depending on component design and inspection requirements.

Each production batch can be traced from the customer PO and drawing revision to the raw-material lot, mill heat number, MTC, inspection report, finished-goods lot and CoC.

Prototype, validation and repeat-production quantities are available.

A Recent Delivery of Custom Water-Side Components for Industrial Heat Exchangers
We recently completed another batch of customized heat exchanger components for a long-term customer, including a Water Header, Water Petal, Water Nozzle and Water Maintenance Nozzle.
Manufactured from ASTM A312 TP316L stainless steel, these components were produced according to customer drawings, with close attention to dimensions, openings, bevel preparation and material traceability.
This project represents more than an individual delivery. It reflects nearly two years of continuous cooperation and our growing experience in supplying drawing-based components for industrial heat exchanger systems.
