We are happy to share that our pedestal dual AC charger IOCAP26 has successfully completed end-to-end integration testing with the platform!

Thanks to the collaborative effort of both teams, the testing process was smooth and efficient. For customers using the Vaylens platform, deploying iocharger EV charging stations has now become more reliable and straightforward.

During this joint verification, key functionalities of our IOCAP26 were validated, including:
🔌 Remote and local start/stop operations
🛠️ Configuration retrieval and diagnostics
🔄 Availability changes and cold restart
⚡ Load management for dual-port operation

These results demonstrate that IOCAP26 delivers a robust and intelligent charging experience, seamlessly integrated with the Vaylens platform.

Our pedestal dual AC charger IOCAP26 has officially obtained Eichrecht Modul B+D certification, making it our first AC product to meet Germany’s most rigorous metering and transparency requirements - a key step for deploying compliant charging solutions across Europe.

⚡ OCPP 2.0.1 for full interoperability and seamless backend integration
⚡ ISO15118 Plug&Charge for secure, automated authentication
⚡ POS payment integration to support local credit card payment

We spent an incredibly productive and inspiring two days at the CharIn Testival!

Day 1
Kicked off with interoperability testing together with Mercedes-Benz. We look forward to continuing our collaboration in Stuttgart soon.

Day 2
A highly fruitful day working with Keysight, Nissan and Hyundai.

Together with Keysight, we completed the full ISO15118–2/–20 Plug&Charge test suite, jointly resolving several issues and achieving excellent overall results.
Had in-depth discussions with Nissan on AC charging characteristics and handshake processes.
Hyundai Motor Group demonstrated a very robust implementation, and we successfully completed the full ISO15118–2 Plug&Charge tests. We look forward to meeting again in Frankfurt for the next phase.

Day 3
We are looking forward to the upcoming sessions with Volkswagen and Vector Group

These tests continue to help us refine our charging solutions and enhance collaboration across the EV ecosystem.

🚀 OCPP PlugFest Testing Successfully Completed!

Our team joined OCPP PlugFest today to test interoperability with global CSMS.

We verified OCPP 2.0.1 compatibility and explored its advanced features, including security enhancements, Tariff & Cost, and firmware management etc.

Through these hands-on tests, we ensured our chargers operate reliably across diverse systems, gained valuable insights into system stability, and confirmed readiness for the next-generation EV charging infrastructure.
