Where dose the FOG go ? There was a grease trap before,but the efficiency is bad.Too much oil & grease went into the drain and caused blockage. We changed one Pureenpower Automatic Grease Removal Device 35GPM for this restaurant, 99% of the oil & grease is trapped and removed into the oil receptacle tank by this Grease Removal Unit. We recycle 45 KG UCO every week. de grasa water management

One Food Court called us for help yesterday, their Grease Traps were blocked and the Pumps were damaged due to the Grease.
The units couldn't trap the grease , and the units were lack of mainternance. We will replace the old units with Pureenpower Automatic Grease Removal Devices, NO MORE BLOCKING. trap interceptor oil water #
