In GL Stevia, the planting of stevia generally starts from one year of soil treatment, and then goes through four main processes: seedling management, seedling transplanting, field management and stevia harvesting. Stevia has been cultivated in China for more than 30 years. Stevia is adaptable and can be grown everywhere, but the final harvest of stevia varies from region to region.
One-year soil management: Most stevia growers are retail investors, and most stevia companies also collect leaves from retail investors. As a background, in the retail stevia planting, for stevia pests and weeds are generally in the form of pesticides to quickly control the problem. In some large-scale planting, soil management and remediation will also be carried out, but the research on planting does not take scientific means and methods.
In the soil treatment of GL Stevia, it is generally necessary to carry out the three necessary links of soil bacteria removal, insect eggs removal and organic fertilizer application. In the process of seedling cultivation, the temperature needs to be controlled at 20-28℃. The night temperature in Xinjiang is not suitable for the cultivation of stevia seedlings, so we carry out the whole process of scientific seedling cultivation in Xinghua, Jiangsu Province, and then transport all the seedlings to Xinjiang for growth and harvesting.
Transplanting in the northern region, from Jiangsu to Xinjiang: the transplanting of stevia is mainly divided into three common types: transplanting in the open field, transplanting before mulching, and transplanting after mulching.
