🔹 Steel Structure Workshop 1
• Size: 51m × 21.3m × 11.6m
• Designed with the 10t overhead crane
• Including: Column, crane beam, wall, roof and all the steel structure, plates of the wall and roof, exhaust fans, skylight ( glass window), door, window.
🔹 Steel Structure Workshop 2
• Size: 36m × 26m × 8.8m
• Including: Column, wall, roof and all the steel structure, plates of the wall and roof, skylight ( glass window), door, window.
The customer has extensive engineering experience and completed the steel structure construction with their own team, while we provided technical support throughout the process.
After the workshops were ready, our engineer traveled to Brunei to complete the overhead crane installation, commissioning, and operator training, ensuring the crane was ready for operation.

🏗️ 5T Overhead Cranes with Supporting Steel Structure Exported to Thailand
After more than a year of communication and several design revisions, another customized overhead crane project is moving forward in Thailand!
After the final crane dimensions were confirmed, we found that the customer’s existing workshop structure could not support the loads of the 5t overhead cranes.
Based on the site conditions, we proposed two solutions:
🔹 Option 1: Gantry Crane
🔹 Option 2: Overhead Crane + Supporting Steel Structure
After careful evaluation, the customer selected the overhead crane + steel structure solution, as they considered the crane travel and operation safer and more suitable for their workshop.
When comparing our quotation with local suppliers, the customer also found our solution more cost-effective, which became an important factor in their final decision.
To further improve equipment reliability and durability, the customer chose to upgrade the motors and gearboxes to SEW.
From crane selection and design revisions to the supporting steel structure, we provided a complete lifting solution tailored to the customer’s actual workshop conditions.

The customer placed two separate orders with us for cranes to be used in two large-scale water treatment plants, including:
🔹 5 sets of Overhead Cranes
🔹 6 sets of Jib Cranes
🔹 4 sets of Monorail Cranes
🔹 1 set of Gantry Crane
Before the orders were finalized, our engineering team worked closely with the customer through dozens of design revisions as the project requirements continued to evolve. Each adjustment was carefully reviewed until the final designs met the customer’s technical and site requirements.
During a recent visit to Morocco, our engineers also visited the water treatment plant sites to check the installation progress. They assisted the customer’s team with limit switch adjustments and provided hands-on training so the team could perform future adjustments independently.
From technical design and manufacturing to on-site support and training, we work closely with our customers throughout every stage of the project.

Another gantry crane project has been successfully completed!
Before placing the order, our Pakistani customer visited our factory to inspect our manufacturing facilities and production capabilities in person. After the visit and technical discussions, the customer chose us to supply 5 gantry cranes:
🔹 2 Sets of MG Trussed Type Double Girder Gantry Cranes
• Capacity: 100t
• Span: 30m
• Lifting Height: 12.6m
🔹 3 Sets of MH Single Girder Gantry Cranes
• Capacity: 20t
• Span: 20m
• Lifting Height: 8m
With a tight project schedule, our team coordinated production, delivery, and on-site installation to keep the project moving forward. All 5 gantry cranes have now been successfully installed and passed on-site acceptance tests.
The cranes are currently operating at the customer’s concrete manufacturing facility, supporting material handling for bridge construction projects.

Jib Crane Electrical Box & Hoist Replacement for a Mexican Customer🏗

A Mexican customer needed to upgrade the electrical control system of their existing jib crane instead of replacing the complete crane.

Our Solution:
✅ Replaced the electrical control box and hoist
✅ Kept the same inverter brand as the original system
✅ Customized components based on the existing crane structure
✅ Verified key parameters with the customer’s engineer, including boom dimensions, lifting height, and slewing motor power

Project Result:
The new hoist and electrical components were completed within 20 days.

1T Foldable Portable Gantry Crane Exported to UAE🥳

🔹Capacity: 1T

The crane will be used in a garden area with soft soil conditions, so we upgraded the standard wheels to larger rubber wheels for better mobility and stability.

Considering the coastal operating environment, we also improved corrosion resistance with:
✅ Powder-coated steel structure
✅ Powder-coated hoist body
✅ Galvanized load chain

A stainless-steel version was also evaluated, but the increased weight (approx. 450 kg vs. 300 kg standard model) and higher cost made the optimized coated version a more practical choice.

After two months of technical communication and customization, the crane has successfully passed the test assembly and is ready for shipment.

A customized 7t single girder overhead crane with a 14m span has completed production and will soon be shipped to Argentina.

This project started with a challenge: limited workshop space. After reviewing the customer's factory layout and discussing the technical requirements in detail, we provided a customized solution based on our 10T crane design to meet the required 7T lifting capacity.
