QK-GS bar screen is a solid-liquid separation equipment.

The QK-GS bar screen is the first checkpoint in various pump station inlets,urban sewage treatment plants, and industrial wastewater treatment processes.

This equipment consists of a frame, drive, transmission, screen, cleaning mechanism, electrical control and other parts.
Adopting large pitch tooth rake and built-in chain sealing technology, this type of equipment can adapt to a wider range of working conditions. Compared with traditional bar screen, it has a new structure, a small footprint, smooth operation, safety and reliability, low energy consumption,and convenient instalation and maintenance.
The rotary grille rotates continuously, and the rake teeth intercept the solid suspended matter in the sewage.
When the trapped matter is transported to the upper part of the equipment, the rake teeth change the direction of movement, and the solid debris falls down on its own.
The debris stuck to the rake teeth relies on the cleaning mechanism's rubber brush and runs in reverse to remove it.
When overloaded, the spring presses down and the proximity plate approaches the proximity switch, causing the motor to stop running.

QK-TB plug-flow aerator:-
Its special design gives it more advantages compared to other brands of aerators. It can adapt to various extreme weather environments. in winter and summer, itdoesn't need any special maintenance. Working principle:-
The electric motor drives the propeller to rotate. High-pressure vortex air pump allows air to enter the air inlet through the intake pipe and then reaches the propeller. Mixing air and water produces tiny bubbles,It forces the mixture to leave the propeller vertically and horizontally, achieving remarkable mixing and aeration into the water. The propeller and all wet parts of the equipment are made of stainless steel.
