A visitor to our website asked, "Why are these couplers so cheap?" I think he had some questions about the quality of these couplers and our service. On Facebook messenger, he asked the question as a Guest. So I don't know if he can see our reply. So we also replied to this question on our page.
First, the prices on our website do not include shipping costs. the shipping fee from China to the US is not cheap. For example, a set of 1/2" flat quick couplings costs about $22.50 per unit, and the shipping cost is about $20. The total cost for this coupler will be about $40, This is $3-5 more than the price on our Amazon store. When you buy more than 2 sets, the shipping fee for a single coupler would be lower, which can save you some cost.
Second, we are a direct factory, so our advantage is actually to business customers. By signing up for a wholesaler account, you can enjoy factory prices no matter how much you buy. Of course, we have to certify your account, only business users can apply. This is the lowest price. if you can accept the slow but cheap shipping method, the cost would be much lower.
Third, for individual users, our price advantage is not really big. Our service is the most important. There is enough profit margin, in order to have better service. We can not set the price of retail products too low.
So the price is not low, and it is a reasonable price if contains a shipping fee for individual users. Business customers can get a lower price. We have to leave more profit margin for wholesalers so that they can supply better service for the final users. This intermediate service includes technical support, returns, refunds, warranty periods, etc.
