Air conditioning expansion joints are special tungsten carbide tools mainly used to expand the ends of copper tubes into a bell mouth or cup mouth during the maintenance and installation of refrigeration equipment (such as air conditioners and refrigerators) to ensure the tightness of pipe connections.
Wolfram carbide expansion joint, which is made by an upgraded hard metal material, forms a sealing structure by physically expanding the inner diameter of the copper tube. It is often used for copper tube connections of air conditioning condensers, evaporators and other components. For example, in air conditioning maintenance, the ends of copper tubes need to be expanded into a specific shape to fit the connection accessories or to charge refrigerant.
