The comparison is the A product inlaid with the HG5560H grade and the mainstream product B with 8% cobalt content on the market.

After 90 minutes of excavation, products A and B performed normally.

After 180 minutes of excavation, 20% of the B products are broken, and the A products are in good condition.

After 6 hours of excavation, 60% of B products lose efficacy , 20% of A products lose efficacy. The service life of A products is significantly better than that of B products.

Because the HG5560H grade adopts the low-cobalt ultra-coarse tungsten carbide technology, the product has better thermal fatigue resistance without reducing the hardness and wear resistance of the product, and is very suitable for coal mining, tunnel driving and other fields.
