Rapid Infusion

1️⃣ Nitrous Oxide flows out of the iSi cream charger into the iSi Whipper.

2️⃣ This forces the liquid and the Nitrous Oxide to organically combine together under high pressure with the flavoring substance.

3️⃣ When the pressure in the whipper is released, the Nitrous Oxide forms bubbles and takes on the flavors of the ingredient.

4️⃣ The aroma has been successfully transferred into the liquid.
